Independence Day Celebration at Palatine Park in Germantown, 50 Palatine Park Road. Grounds open at noon. Admission charge starting at 3 pm, $3.00 per person or $10 per carload. Food vendors, children’s rides, music, swimming and fireworks. Raindate is July 29th
